Homestead-Miami

Well, it's the last race of the year and I'm so glad and I know that Kenny is ready for a break for sure! We are headed to the very smooth Homestead-Miami Speedway.
It is not like the other mile and a half tracks we go to because you can run wherever you want to, so it's very hard to pick a line there. We will be looking for the go-kart feel again. You can run a lot of rebound to keep the car down with really soft springs. We haven't talked much about shocks and that's sort of crazy because I was a shock guy for a long time. When we talk about rebound, it is when the car tries to come back up as it is being held down, so we can get by with that since the track is smooth. If the track had bumps, you'd have to have more of a caddy feel. I also like Homestead because of their great weather.
I will be writing articles throughout the winter, so be sure to check back often. We have a lot of things planned for December, so I'll tell you all about what is happening.
I want to thank everyone for all the support this year. It has been really fun doing this!
